The
Appeal Authority Committee reviews, grants or denies all applications
for variances, special exceptions, and non-conforming uses. Board
of Adjustment meetings are once a month on the first Tuesday of
the month at 6:00 p.m. as needed. The Board of Adjustment application
deadline is 14 days before the meeting.
Agendas:
Agendas for the Appeal Authority Committee meetings are usually
available to the public five days in advance of a scheduled meeting.
Agendas are available by clicking the links below or by calling
the City Office at (435) 752-9441. Agendas are also placed in
the display case located outside the Providence City Office, 15
South Main and in the Herald Journal.

the public until after the Committee has reviewed and approved
